Multigenerational Australian Labradoodles for Adoption in California
“A home without a dog is just a house." – This saying rings true for so many dog lovers.
If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent, and affectionate companion, an Australian Labradoodle might be the perfect match. At Kindred Hollow Labradoodles, we are dedicated to raising well-socialized, healthy, and loving puppies.
Why Choose a Labradoodle?
Labradoodles are known for their friendly nature and intelligence. Here’s why they make great companions:
● Size Variety: Our puppies come in different sizes, and while some may be smaller, we do not exclusively breed miniature Labradoodles.
● Low-Shedding Coats: Many Labradoodles have allergy-friendly coats, but coat types can vary.
● Highly Intelligent: They respond well to training and love learning new things.
● Great Family Pets: Their affectionate nature makes them wonderful for families and individuals alike.
What Makes Kindred Hollow Labradoodles Different?
Finding a responsible breeder is just as important as choosing the right breed. Kindred Hollow Labradoodles follows ethical breeding practices to ensure our puppies are healthy and well-socialized:
Health First
Our puppies receive regular vet checkups, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming. We expose them to various sights, sounds, and experiences to help them grow into confident dogs.
Training Begins Early
While we introduce our puppies to leashes and basic sit commands, we do not provide advanced obedience training such as stay or recall. Our goal is to start them on the right path so their new families can continue their training journey.
Labradoodles for Adoption in California
If you’re looking for a high quality Labradoodle, we can guide you through the process. Every puppy deserves a loving home, and we help match the right dog to the right family. Located in Central Oregon we can hand deliver your puppy to any location in California.
The Adoption Process
➔ Submit Your Contact Information: Start by filling out an application form.
➔ Phone Interview: We’ll discuss your home setup, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a puppy.
➔ Puppy Reservation: A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot on the waiting list. This amount is applied toward the total adoption fee.
➔ Communication During the Wait: We keep you updated via email or scheduled phone calls.
➔ Birth Announcement: 24-48 hours after birth, we send pictures and updates.
➔ Weekly Updates: Regular photos and updates help you follow the litter’s growth.
➔ Puppy Selection at 6 Weeks: Families choose their puppy based on deposit order. The Meet and Greet happens in Week 5-6.
➔ Veterinary Check at 8 Weeks: Puppies receive microchips, vaccinations, and a health exam.
➔ Puppy Pickup at 8 Weeks: The final adoption fee of $3000 is due at the time of pickup (after the deposit, the remaining balance is $2500). If needed, we offer puppy delivery within a 5-hour drive for $300 or we can accompany your puppy to any location in California via air transportation (additional fees apply).
We believe adoption should be an informed decision. Over 3.3 million dogs enter shelters every year, and while our puppies are not from shelters, we support responsible pet ownership to prevent unnecessary rehoming.
What’s Included in the Adoption Fee?
● Puppy Registration
● Microchip & First Worming Treatments
● One or Two Health Exams by Our Veterinarian
● Puppy Care & Training Information Packet
● Starter Kit: Leash, collar, and training treat pouch
● Health Warranty & Adoption Contract
How to Care for Your Labradoodle?
Owning a dog is a long-term commitment. Here are a few tips to ensure your Labradoodle stays happy and healthy:
Exercise & Mental Stimulation
● Daily Walks & Playtime: At least 30-60 minutes of activity is essential.
● Interactive Toys & Training: Mental stimulation reduces anxiety and keeps their minds sharp.
● Outdoor Adventures: They love hiking, swimming, and exploring new places with their families.
Grooming & Hygiene
● Brushing: 3-4 times a week prevents matting and keeps their coat healthy.
● Bathing: Once a month or as needed, using mild dog shampoo.
● Ear & Dental Care: Regular checks prevent infections and dental issues.
Training & Socialization
● Basic Commands: Start with sit, stay, and recall for a well-behaved pet.
● Positive Reinforcement: Reward-based training enhances learning.
● Social Exposure: Meeting new people and pets builds confidence.
Proper Nutrition
● High-Quality Dog Food: Look for protein-rich, grain-free options.
